Assignment
CriteriaPaintbrush Design
Create a composition using at least 15 different types of brushstrokes using the Brush Library. Text Design Find a poem or song online and use the Area Type Tool and the Type on a Path Tool to create a composition that expresses the meaning or language of the poem or song. Try to integrate tools we have covered previously in the class as much as possible. Example poets include: William Butler Yeats, Edgar Allen Poe, Robert Frost, Emily Dickinson, John Keats, Mark Twain, and William Wordsworth. Here is an excellent site for finding poetry: http://www.poetryfoundation.org/browse/poets#preview=0 What Mr. Hoering is looking for... Paintbrush Design Evidence of an exploration of 15 different types of brushstrokes. I'm looking for different colors, sizes, styles, and transparencies. Text Design I'm looking for an effective use of space in this composition and a creative use of the Area Type Tool and Type on a Path Tool. I will read the poem and see if your design expresses the meaning or language of the poem. Image sizes should be 1200 x 1200 pixels. To save your image, follow these directions:
